Body takes in substances and hydrolyzes them, absorbs them.
"Detox" diets usually suggest that water, or fruits and vegetables compose a majority of one's food intake.
Drawing this out, weight loss is an important goal. That makes portion control an important issue.
* Complex Carbohydrates -potato, rice, etc
* Fruit, veg and fish.
* Less milk and meat.
* Eat many times a day small amounts possible.
* Bad: sugar, caffeine, salt, fat, alcohol.
* Fruity teas.
* Beans good.
* Artichoke.
* Mediterranean
* Carrots
Fresh veg is best - fridge is bad.
